Absolutely terrible pharmacy. Didn’t have meds for 3 weeks, because they have failed to order meds. And when they did eventually ordered missed most important medication. Some staff is extremely rude, teaching you basic maths over the phone while being just admin. Glad finally changed pharmacy. Extremely disappointing!!!
Absolutely terrible pharmacy. Can’t order meds when requested. If order, they dont order everything. Didn’t have meds for 3 weeks because of them. And some stuff extremely rude over the phone. Teaching you basic math when they are only on the calls. Disappointed. Glad finally moved to other one.
The general staff in the pharmacy are polite and professional, however when it comes to the pharmacist with the beard that is a completely different matter! He is extremely rude, condescending and unprofessional. I would not recommend this pharmacy purely because of him, I would suggest people in the area use C&H instead, where the service across the board is polite, helpful and professional.

Been coming here for a few years now and always get great service, super quick to prepare prescriptions, very efficient.
This pharmacy has terrible customer services and they got my prescription wrong every single time. They either had the wrong amount, or things were missing or they didn’t have it in stock. They always blamed it on my GP and shrugged their shoulders when I asked them to fix it. I changed my pharmacy and have had no issues in terms of wrong amount, wrong medication or out of stock in the new pharmacy. It was not my GP, it was them all along. The staff are also incompetent and sour and unhelpful. They literally shrug their shoulders when they got things wrong. Glad I was able to use a different pharmacy.
Awful customer service, wasted my time and effort to visit the pharmacy especially after confirming the reason for coming down via a phone call prior to visit. They don't seem to care, lack of professionalism and very hostile environment.
Joseph has to biggest attitude problem the way he speaks to his staff disgusting and getting involved with your doctor telling them stop giving a certain medication who he think he is the old manager was perfect
