Very poor experience, offered £15,000 for our van, only for them to take off £1,500 off when we arrive. nothing wrong at all with the van. Abysmal service - should be ashamed with yourselves.
Booked in at Hereford, chap was good, i had all paperwork ready, after checks, valuation was given very close to what was expected. Paperwork dealt with quickly and payment made within 15 minutes. Can't fault them.
Delivered car there this morning looked over it agreed very quickly with each other on a fare price very pleased .. I dont really know why people moan about price.. if you don't like it go elsewhere that the beauty of these places .

Absolutely rubbish and a joke. £7000 car and offered £4675 when i took car down. Full service history, low mileage and immaculate bodywork and interior. Tried to say this is the most they would pay on a grade B car. When asked what grade A he said new. You could not buy a new mini for £5000. He is insane. Wasted my time and fuel coming down. Totally incompetent.
Quick, easy transaction. All done within half an hour. Payment of agreed amount received direct to bank a/c a week later. Would have been quicker if not for the August Bank Holiday. Yes sure we could have got more if we'd improved the car and gone through the hassle of advertising and selling privately etc but I think the price we got reflected the service and sheer convenience of doing it this way.
Phone calls, emails and texts to confirm that I was coming.....and then kept me waiting for half an hour. Small dent on wheel arch was used to justify 60% drop in value! Offered me same as scrappage price! Went elsewhere and paid (instantly) twice as much. Won't be using again.
I expected the hook you in price to be reduced. Not very happy with the reasons as all the things used to reduce the price had been previously reported to allow the initial valuation. No car ever driven for 6 years could meet you entrapping assessment. I'm sure it's your business model
Used twice now and decent prices given both times. Ultimately the poor reviews are sadly the result of your customer base being general public idiots. Who genuinely believe they are going to get a computer generated price after inspection. Coupled with the fact these people genuinely think their cars are mint when they are in fact, not.
