I asked the garage via email and gave them all my car details to check whether they could do my cambelt as it is a specialist job and not many local garages can carry out this procedure. The receptionist Anna told me they would be able to do the cambelt change for £600 and so she went forward and booked me in for the Tuesday 30th January and she said she would order the parts and I thought great! Good price too and booked a day off work to get this job done. So I went on the Tuesday bright and early and this Anna said , oh I can’t see that you’re booked in today, are you sure it’s with us? I said yes and double checked the email confirmation. Anyway, she went on to say oh not to worry we can fit you in somewhere and I’ll order the parts in now. I thought ok fair enough they be busy and overlooked my booking. Anyway, about ten minutes after dropping the car off I get a phone call from Anna saying they can’t do the job as it’s a specialist job and could I come and get the car because it’s not something they do. I specifically gave them all my car details and they should be able to check from there whether they can do the job or not. Very unprofessional service messing customers about. What a total waste of my last days holiday. Why totally lie to me and from the start about this job that you said you could do and then proceed to tell me I’m at the wrong garage! Absolutely disgraceful

Well I’ve used a few garages in kendal trying to remain loyal to garages to be then ripped off by them. Was recommended this garage and from the moment I contacted them they were absolutely amazing. Elliott has been so so helpful, fixing problems other garages made, and the communication is amazing. I’ve no luck with cars and to know that mine is in expert hands, and knowing how they pride themselves in customer service is absolutely wonderful. I would give you 10 stars if I could. This is now my garage for my car and couldn’t be any happier. Thanks all of you.
Always so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Feel fully reassured when asking questions and also whenever any thing needs doing on our cars, it’s good value and done to the highest standard. We don’t go anywhere else. Thank you
Vehicle left garage in worse state than it went in.
Was quoted £600 for new part plus labour, totalling £900.
Part cost £200 when I took vehicle to a reputable garage.
Sadly Henry no longer at garage, just a young guy pushing his luck with dishonesty and poor service.
Did an MOT for me, great honest people
Went in for an MOT very professional. 1 hour later picked up the car and had passed only needing a £10 wiper blade. Will be coming here for a 3rd time soon with a different car
