They don’t have a clue what they are doing for the past 4 months I’ve had nothing but problems the doctors send the repeat procription yet when I go to collect it they say it hasn’t been sent and send me back and forth to the doctors or half of it is missing it even ended up me calling 111 to get it and they said they had it sitting then I have nothing but arguments with them my nana will die with out her medication yet they seem to mess it up every month I have been 8 times in the past few days to get it when on the phone with the doctors the receptionist even explained she had loads of phone calls with people having the same problem with this chemist they try to belittle you and make you seem as if you are in the wrong when it is there mistake everytime will never use this pharmacy again and would highly recommend for everyone els to do the same
I'd like to lodge a complaint that the shop was closed when I got there at like 18:48 and the staff were outside just left and basically told me I have to come back tomorrow which isn't great as I had run out of medication and they told another lady that was picking up a prescription aswell that she would have to go else where

Went to get some dressings as I sliced my hand open. Staff came to assist as I must have looked confused. I was introduced to Nina who had a look at my wound. She was brilliant and cleaned me up before recommending a trip to minor injuries. Staff here went out of their way to help and I'll fully recommend going to see them. Great Pharmacy!
They don’t have a clue about customer service. Unfortunately my GP dispenses the prescriptions to this pharmacy. They told me to come after couple of days. When I went there, they kept me waiting and told me that they dont have the medication and asked me to go to another pharmacy. I went to another pharmacy only to find out that Hemants pharmacy has locked my prescription. They are just getting away with this type of customer service.
