I find this Pharmacy have a bad communication with their delivery workers. They showed me that they did not care that I have mobility issues or I leVe alone to even give my cobtact number foe the delivery person to call me, and give a min to let her in. She buzzed me but I open and she was just starting at the door. 3 times. My doirs are not automatic, u have to just oust in to enter. ????????♀️????????♀️????????♀️????????♀️. I need to change this pharmacy
They say "Ripoff Britain" I gave up smoking and i needed another box of nicorette inhalator. They charged me 35 pounds where before at Rainham tescos Pharmacy they only charged me 30 pounds! Hello???? Nice staff yes...not the prices!!!
Very efficient, friendly been there a long time. They work very closely with our GP therefore fully deserve local support for the service they provide to us.
Update 5/10/21: sadly it is under new management. Recent experiences are not as favorable, neither friendly or as efficient. Hopefully things will improve in time.
I am very happy now with the pharmacy, they have very friendly staff, unlike a few years ago,I like the new faces, very helpful and friendly. The pharmacists at the back are always friendly but most of the time busy, wich is ok. When you need advice they happily come and speak to you,

Just come from there.I needed to pick up my prescription and as I am moving to Suffolk in a few weeks time, I asked how I would get further medication for my high blood pressure once there. Don't understand previous reviews as the young woman was all smiles and very helpful (as was the Pharmacist that came from the back).
Dropped 1 star as the medication that I was there to pick up wasn't ready even though it was on their system to be collected,but that took only a few minutes.
Have always been great giving an excellent service. All the staff are wonderful a special.thank you to Chin Chan who always goes above and beyond. Can't thank him enough!!!
Staff are friendly and always happy to explain any medications/ prescriptions and also good at recommending over the counter products. Always had great service.
