Here is all the counter medicine items triple the rate of normal price, for example ibuprofen capsules 16 in Poundland £1.00 but same item here £3.99.
Great service and advice. Very vigilant. One day I lost my charger and couldnt call urgent care. I walked slowly to boots and they helped my out. They called 111 for me. Let me sit in private area to wait for ambulance. Very caring and reassuring.
One of the worst pharmacy we have unfortunately in our local area, the lady who attended my wife was completely Rude… my wife went for her booster jab before time, the staff was free at that time but they refuse to provide vaccination before half an hour, my wife waited for half an hour and asked her when time started than she said don’t try to tell her about time, we will do it when we ready…. Completely disrespectful and rude… avoid to go this pharmacy..
The service was good and informative to the product I wanted to buy however always a queue at the tills yet staff members are standing at aisles, please employee more cashier as most people love shopping here but I see so many leave the queues at leave.
One day I went there to get some women stuff. There only had 3 so I bought them all 3 of them. Another day I went there and they had non there don't keep everything up to stock. It is important for people to have these things and there don't have any.
Incredibly slow service and they don’t care to keep you waiting, they run out of stock and don’t inform you, went for vaccine and they had a bucket by the seat which was not concealed containing loads of used needles
