I have been going to this practice for a couple of years, mainly because of a problem tooth I had broken years ago. I had undergone a series of root canals done elsewhere but the tooth was still problematic. Finally it was time for the tooth to come out. Roksana has been amazing throughout, very kind and caring and always takes the time to explain my options. I have always been able to get appointments within a reasonable time and have always been looked after. Recommended.
Firstly, Roksanna is a horrible rude liar who offers discounts if you give her a 5 star review then treats you horribly just like she does with every other patient who goes here.
Rude horrible dentist. They belittle you and make you feel like you’re doing everything wrong even when your teeth are fine. Treat every patient so horribly and even shouted at my 80 year old father for no read on when I brought him there. The rudest people work here please AVOID!!!
Reply to Owner: I definitely don’t have the wrong practice you guys are horrible and the fact you have the nerve to write that response after treating your customers so terribly is hilarious. People can see the amount of 1 star reviews you have so you can’t get away with replying to my review calling it a lie. They reply to every review saying “you’ve got the wrong practice” it’s honestly embarrassing. Please ***AVOID*** this place at all costs.
I had 2 treatments there - first was a filling and done ok but the 2nd disappointing.
For my dental cleaning session I asked specifically for treatment with Airflow technology to make my teeth sparkling clean from Tea & Coffee stains. Both, Reception and Dentist confirmed it will be done.
To my surprise it wasn’t at the end of the session! It may have been deep clean but it wasn’t what was promised and what I paid for. Next session will be with a professional Hygienist and the right equipment.
If you feel nervous or worried about attending the dentist as its been a very long time, then I highly recommend haydons road dentist. The reception staff, dental nurses and dentist are all very welcoming and friendly. The dentists will help put your mind at ease and go at your own place, they also explain step by step your treatment and always ensure that you are happy. Because of this practise I will not miss a check up again.
Dr Roksana was amazing. I was feeling very nervous ahead of my appointment and she totally put me at ease, going at a pace to suit me. I left feeling totally calm and very happy after my treatment. I can not recommend her highly enough
Roksana Islam has been my dentist for 12 years and even though I now moved about an hour away, I would not even think of changing. She has always been very careful, helpful, making sure you are well informed and aware of your options. She never pushes for unnecessary procedures to get the money and putting the patient's interest and health first.
It’s taken me years to find a dentist I am actually comfortable with but I really have to say the dentist here is fantastic.
She knew I was nervous and talked me through her whole process to remove my wisdom tooth. She told me to close my eyes because she knew I’d freak out looking at the needle. She managed to get it out in about 10 seconds I was blown away.
I’ve been here twice now and would highly recommend.

Dr.Roksana is without a doubt the most excellent dentist we've ever had. We feel really lucky to have found this practice. They are brilliant with me, my spouse and frequently grumpy toddler! They're always extremely professional and friendly with seriously good attention to detail. Please never leave, Dr Roksana, because you have now set the bar for dentists far too high!
