My partner went in to collect thier perscription and the gent at the tills came back saying they have no perscriptions under my partners name and nothing issued. Asked for them to check again and said it was issued at the end of last month but the gent didnt check the collection room and instead persistently said no they're "all digital", "nothing has been sent through from the gp" and "nothing is here under your name". Politely reminded them that it was issued last month but they refused to look again and said nothing was there or issued. They then insisted we speak with the doctors instead to have it issued. My partner then checked their NHS app which confirmed it was in fact issued and proceeded to speak with the doctors reception next door and we confirmed what the pharmist had said was complete rubbish as it was issued.
We went back in following this with a token, served by an older lady this time, who went through to collect it only for the same gent from earlier to briefly step out before she returned and he started condisendingly talking down on my partner with a raised voice in what seemed like a childish attempt to shame my partner and 'prove them wrong'. The gent rudely exclaimed that what we had told them was not correct yet they never actually listened to my partner in the first place or apologised for making a mistake checking on their end. Completlely unproffesional, uneccesary and disgusting behaviour from this gentleman and they should retake customer service training.
The irony is that if they had simply checked their collection shelf/room like the lady working their had, they would have found it there in the first place. We have since all changed the pharmacy we collect medications from as we will not tolerate this service. I feel sorry for the other workers there that have to put up with their behaviour and quite clear inflated ego. If we could rate lower than one star because of this we certainly would.
Don't bother calling them as they don't pick up the phone.
I will be find another pharmacy to get my repeat prescriptions.
Hit and miss service in this place. If there is another person waiting in front of you then you're in for a wait. They should leave out a bell to ring for service as there is often no one paying attention to people waiting. Maybe a good idea to go elsewhere.
They probably answer one phone call out of every 50 or so they get. I've just given up after 25 attempts and the line rings out on the 19th ring and cuts you off. Don't know what the phone policy is with Lloyd's as it was exactly the same in Witham where I moved from. If you're not prepared to take customers calls seeking an update on their prescription then do NOT display a contact number as this is a cruel and frustrating ruse and not funny at all!!!

I have been helped so much
The waiting time has improved since I last went. I was only waiting for my repeat prescription for 2=4mins and the staff member has the time to explain why and what to look out for very child friendly environment also plenty of seats to have a sit down and they was willing to give me a glass of water if I wanted to just sit and rest can not fault them in any area clean bright and fast friendly service

A great little pharmacy, normally fairly busy but staff are usually very helpful and will try to answer questions the best they can. The pharmacy has a good range of products so can usually find what you are looking for and they will order something in for you if out of stock. Would recommend.
Slowest service known to man, the customer before me had to wait for the pharmacist to finish their order, but rather than asking if she could help anyone else in the mean time, the the woman serving just stood out the back chatting to the pharmacist for 10mins whist a que built up in the shop.
Gave up and went elsewhere

Being PROMISED to be phoned by
female pharmacist regarding somthing unavailable. Then not getting a call. To your repeats prescriptions not being ordered. Generally the worst chemist in ipswich I would say
