Our initial Valuation at Goodmayes went well and was given another appointment to finalize the sale the next day, but as we were picking up our new car from Haverhill and wouldnt have a car to travel we contacted the the Haverhill site and was advised by Matt that this can be be changed to his site, which we did and Matt gave us a great and speedy sale the next day. many thanks to Matt for his great customer service
James was polite, intelligent and engaging. He's probably working too far below his pay grade (not that I can know). The key thing is, take note of him.
Frankly I was surprised, in a positive way. One useful tip is to make sure you take the manual, service history and V05 to the appointment. Also empty the car before you go because the decision is immediate. Pleasant helpful staff (5* for the one who dealt with me).
Good friendly serviceand very easy handover. However it would be good if it was easier to give a true representation of the car condition to get a more accurate quote upfront.

Not at all pleased with the service ,started off by saying about £500 then they offered a really low price £50, came home placed an ad on Haverhill selling site and sold my car in twenty minutes for over £400..!!! Would not recommend them...
Not the best price you will get but certainly better than most dealers will pay for part exchange. Really easy and straightforward process including clearing your existing car finance if you have any.
Spot on service from the chap there, lovely to chat to and work through all the paperwork... which there was not much of. Finance cleared in 48 hours and remainder of the value of my car into the bank account in 12 hours. spot on in everyway!
