I came to restrnt with family there were many tables empty but not cleaned I asked many times on counter to clean that while we standing but at the end he rudely said wait. We needed to come out without eat.
Customer service really bad, someone who took my order for delivery got it wrong. When I asked them if they could be so kindly to resend me my original order, they declined my request. Never again. Chips were cold and not nice to eat. They Can’t even make chips/ fries.
They don’t even deserve a 1 star rating.
First time trying this place. The place is pretty spacious and there is adequate amount of booths for seating. I ordered the Sriracha fillet burger meal and 3 hot wings. The burger was a good size and it tasted nice. The wings had a good amount of spice and the price was good for what you get. Would definitely go again.
Firstly, The food is very nice, amazing spicy sauce. Chicken Burgers, wings and chicken pieces are very delicious, especially the spicy ones. Pizza is different from competitors and very nice as well. Beef burger is no doubt definitely better than competitors. But honestly your chips/fries are NOT good, it's not just me, my whole family and friends have same opinion about your chips, NOT GOOD. Most of the times I order food on call from Havana. I only went to dine in two times with my wife and kid. Table was dirty, I asked the guy on counter to please clean the table, he had no smile on his face, I said Thank you twice and he didn't even say You're welcome. And you service sitting area and drinks... But you do not provide toilet to the customers. That's very bad. Overall, you're good but can improve in many ways.

Many times we ordered,but now no more ordering, we asking always so make a less spicy but we got double spicy ,service is so so so rude last time we ordered and delivery was took 1hour 20 minutes when we was ringing they argumenting so no its no like this long , when food been arrived the driver told us so they made a wrong order thats why its tooks so long , so why u cant just apologies and tell the true ?! Without arguments !!!
Delivery drivers always nice ,but workers whos on the phone is just trash
Really tasty!!! ordered the double spicy chicken filet burger, with Ferraro Roche milkshake, and one piece chicken.
Everything except the milkshake arrived fresh and hot (the milkshake arrived fresh and cold haha) the chips were a little on the crispy side but still good! The milkshake was absolutely amazing and delicious!!! Like a vanilla milkshake with tiny Ferraro Roche pieces

The burgers are terrible it's like they are served on a wet nappy. Why not toast the buns they would be so much better. The meat is ok but when it comes on a wet bun its awful. Been twice now but won't ever go again. I don't like leaving a bad review but this is justified the need to change, or they won't last.

It’s disgusting. Order was completely wrong but even what turned up was absolutely vile. Sickening. Will never order from here ever again.
