Been waiting 2 weeks for a Doctor to call back about my BP THT they REQUESTED ME TO TAKE FOR A WEEK I suffer WITH HIGH BP ASKED TO STOP TAKEN ONE OF THE TABLETS I NEED TO KNOW if I need to continue with both
Whn I called the reception also said I hve high cholesterol and tht I would be taking tablets still hve not heard back from the doctors re anything about the above

As an essential worker I was turned back at the border as my testing had expired... I needed a COVID test urgently. Calling from the car as I drove back to Ngatea a lovely nurse held a spot for me to get tested I was late and she was still there.. Test done back to the border and thru, only because of your staff they rock.. Thanks.
Highly recommend Hayley Scott she is amazing everytime I have rung I always get a phone call back and get my kids seen or myself
Got to be the worst receptionist I've ever had to deal with. Rude, ignorant, no eye contact when asked a question. Doesn't even reply to the question,
I'll ask to deal with someone else, if there's a next time
Without a doubt the worst med centre I have EVER attempted to visit.
Receptionist is incredibly rude, and also gave misleading information on phone when booking. Will not visit here again.
Reception staff are far from the nicest, never able to get an apt if you ring up same day.
Can these guys get any worse open at nine close at 4 no bloody help get new receptionist
