Great wee bakery, with lovely freshly baked bread. The filled rolls are excellent value, and the cakes are delicious. Worth a visit if you're looking for a quick bite.
Visited this bakery to get 3 small cakes. I was given two cup cakes which were very hard and clearly 2 or 3 days old. They cost over £2 each and we're quite clearly not freshly made that day. I used them instead of Greggs to support small bakers in the area but this was not the quality of cake I was expecting.
Five stars is not nearly enough to rate how simply wonderful Harte of Troon really is. Everything is always executed perfectly and with a great deal of thought and planning. This is clear to see right down to the separate cabinets for regular and gluten-free bakes. Their concept is fabulous also - soup and cake is the ideal combination. We are particularly fond of the featured layer cake which is always unbelievable and our go-to order. However, we love to pick up whatever catches our eye too and is frankly a challenge not to walk away with most of the shop. Thank you for providing such a superb local bakery and for making us feel so at home in your company. The baking from this bakery is outstanding, the quality of everything is amazing. We love that things are made on the day. Their sourdough bread is incredible. I really recommend this place. The staff are so attentive.

Just delightful dog friendly bakery/cafe with huge selection of great produce and home made soups. Sit in or takeaway. A regular stop that deserves to be much busier.
