We stumbled across Harry’s while on holiday down the road. Decided to go for our daughter’s birthday. There was 9 of us and we were seated immediately and service was brilliant.
Food was amazing - burgers were spot on and portions large! Kids meals were a great price and again plenty of food. Friend’s husband had the full ribs which came on a large tray! Amazing!
We had taken balloons for the table and we didn’t mention anything but at the end of the meal they brought a birthday dessert out for my daughter and sang happy birthday. Really lovely service. We would certainly return and recommend to others. Feels like a hidden gem! Brilliant!
First time eating at Harry's, and all we have is positive feedback! Staff were lovely and very attentive! Food was AMAZING! Best chicken wings I have ever eaten! Pricing was very fair for the porting of food given.

Recommended by family who had visited here last week. Looks dated from the exterior but very efficient and friendly staff. Food was excellent and quick to appear and very reasonably priced. Decoration for an American diner was on point. As a small business goes, this one is nearly up with the big boys of fast food. Will definitely return everytime we are back this way. Only points of advice would be better signage, renovation of car park and possibly better advertising for this gem of the catering world.
We visited twice during our stay in Scarborough, the food was brilliant, the service was fantastic. Our waiter Ed was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. He really made the experience enjoyable for all of us. They are also dog friendly which is a bonus.
Probably one of the best American joints I've ever eaten at. Would travel 2 hours from Barnsley just to eat here again! Friendly staff, good with kids and the atmosphere is great. Really love design of the place
First time visiting this American diner today. And wow was it good. The portions are definitely worth the price. The food was amazing. An old car show turned into an American diner.
Also must like to add they are dog friendly which is a bonus

Impressed with the portions. Excellent value for money.
Compared to a McDonalds this is way better.
Staff were all friendly and helpful on each occasion.
The only slight let down was not Coca Cola in bottles.
Will definitely visit again when we are back at our coastal retreat :)
The burger was good and the rest, good enough. The plastic basket it was served in wasn't very practical for cutting a burger in half and our cups of tea came half full with a teabag in the cup so we had to ask for hot water to top it up.
Staff were very friendly.
Our and others meals were spoilt by a dog arriving at the next table which was barking constantly when their food arrived. Jumping up at the table for food. It's a really big open space and the barks echoed from one end to the other.
Owners did nothing, staff said nothing.
We rushed the rest of our meal and didn't hang around for dessert as it was uncomfortable in what is already a pretty noisy environment with the loud music and young customers.
There's plenty of under cover seating outside so there's no need for pets (service dogs not incl) to be inside the restaurant.
Quirky place with decent food but I prefer my burger without a side order of deafening dog bedlam.
I don't see us returning.
