It's not called Hannah anymore it's been renamed, but things have not gotten any better. Honestly, I don't understand why they open most days they have next to no stock. What bakery runs out of sausage rolls at 11.30 am on a Thursday and no cakes on a Saturday morning.

sausage rolls have consistency of baby food, rip off prices and staff are awkward and a bit weird
Gotta love this little bakery… the staff are always so friendly and helpful and the sandwiches are amazing. The Girls always take time to ask How you been? How are you today? That makes such a difference to you especially when your in your own. Stifford shop is by far the best for customer service, and I prefer them to their other branches. Prices are a bit high on some things but the customer service makes up for this and I wouldn’t shop elsewhere now. Miserable Greggs, pfft you can keep it. Liva’s as it’s now called gets my custom every day. Lynn , Vicky, Danielle and Nadine, Keep up the good work your all great staff????????
Jamaican patty was awful ..pastry dry hard tasteless and what was the filling..£3.50 wasted only to be fed to the pigeons.
Not sure what others are mentioning about staff, came here a few times and every time I always got some amazing deal or free food, super friendly workers. Sausage rolls a little on the dryer side but still tasty.

Went in the woodgrange drive Southend-on-Sea branch today at 11.30 bought 2 sausage rolls absolutely disgusting cannot believe these are being served! Wasn’t because they were left in hot cabinet all day as was there early! The sausage meat was non existent and the pastry tasted like it was days old!
Went back to complain and they asked for the sausage roll back but didn’t offer a refund!! I will be giving it weights and measures to be investigated!
Just ordered from this diabolical “bakery” I’d urge everyone to avoid and just go to greggs as I’ve ordered a “Nutella crepe with cream” it came smashed to pieces in a box no whipped cream ..
Purchased two sandwich meal deals, no choice of crisps, with the two orders you’d expect two different bags if you have no choice but no 2 x some cheap chilli crisps.
Sandwiches have no fillings and I’m sure the bread is Tesco’s or Asda’s own bread because it’s thin & there is basically nothing about this bakery that even commercial Greggs can do 20x better
