Have ordered from Han Long three times over Just Eat. The food is always consistently very good and would say it is well priced too for the size of the portions. Food always arrives warm and service is good.
I found a hair in my dim sum, a long one that was still attached to meat. We had no peanut butter with out chicken satay, or with the starter platter. Prawn on toast was over done, Ribs were very tasty, vegetable spring rolls were very soggy. we had no free prawn crackers on an order of £40 (unlike our usually Chinese restaurant) and items were delivered in polystyrene containers, apart from 2 items. The chicken satay had so much juice from the pineapple too.
They do not wear hair nets when preparing food.
I will not be ordering from here again.
I recently happened to pick up food myself from this take-away restaurant and whilst I must say the customer service was nice and the lady behind the counter was friendly. I was left disappointed by what I’ve seen in my food (see picture). I believe this is a part from the stainless scrubber which are used in the kitchen. Frankly, this is a big H&S concern for me, I don’t want to even image what would happen if this gets stuck in my throat.
sweet and sour chicken and egg fried rice has been ordered on two different occasions and it was disgusting. the chicken was on both occasions hard and rubbery, the notes on delivery stated no veg as I have allergies and this was ignored. the rice was semi burnt and the overall experience was terrible. I would AVOID!!!
Always friendly food is lovely always hot very rare they get orders wrong. Best Chinese around.

Ordered via Uber eats - saw this had a high rating, never ordered from here before. Food portions were really good and tasted nice but sweet and sour king prawn balls and sesame prawn on toast were really oily! Kitchen were accommodating and removed meat from special fried rice. Delivery took a really long time longer than expected delivery time.
Yesterday had some dishes from this "restaurant " and one of them had extra ingredient-black hair . Honestly didn't look at any feedbacks before ordering, but after this just realised I'm one of the few who got present with their food.
