I've been going to this pharmacy for quite a while, and the customer service was good until I encountered a staff member named Haleia. Honestly, her customer service is poor. She has attitude, refused to help when asked, and suggested I should help myself. I will be taking this matter further. Everyone else I've encountered there has been lovely, just not her.
Mrs. Helya is an amazing person. I ran out of my medication and called 111 for an emergency prescription. It wasn't easy for me, but she helped me by taking the phone and locating my prescription. In the end, she found it for me and I'm so glad. She is kind and empathetic towards me.

Are you suggesting that I'm lying? There was no one in the pharmacy at the mentioned hour, the lights were off, the gate behind the windows was lowered. I can't really believe I'm reading such a message in response. No comment.

I don’t usually take time to post a Google review but after visiting this lovely pharmacy today and being served by the nicest person I just wanted to make sure it was officially recorded! I went in to collect a prescription and was served by the guy behind the counter (didn’t catch his name) who could not have been kinder and more patient with me and my hundreds of questions. The place was clean and tidy too and for a pharmacy was very welcoming! Thanks
