Great first impression !
This was my first visit to H A LOCK, with a very sick car. I can only repeat what I read in other customer's reviews. My car is now running sweetly. Albert and Andrew were most courteous and professional in my dealings with them. They are obviously very experienced and capable with Mercedes Benz cars, and went above and beyond to ensure that my car was returned to me in the best possible state. And their charges are most reasonable too. I am one more very satisfied customer. Thank you gentlemen.

The absolute best in the business. Don't be fooled by the lack of an all glass reception, with a posh welcome and automatic macchiato machine. These gentleman truly know Mercedes better than anyone, will give you brilliant service and will look after your vehicle. Before the pandemic, we had to drop our vehicles in regularly as they travelled multiple times a day to London, Birmingham & Manchester and care and careful consideration for our vehicles meant they lasted hundreds of thousands of miles. Thank you gents for all you do. You've helped keep our business on the road for many years.
Took my 1992 190E to H A Lock for a service and will never take it anywhere else!
Immediately felt like my beloved was in the best hands and it's clear that the Locks know their stuff.
Don't expect swishy service here with bells and whistles and a fancy waiting area, just expect a job very well done by people with years and years of expertise and experience.
The yard itself is a treasure trove, so if you love classic Mercedes you're in for a treat - cars in varying states and of all ages as far as the eye can see! Yes, it's not tidy but they're clearly too busy working their special magic to worry about the mess (although I get the feeling that should they need to locate something specific out there, they'd find it in a heartbeat).
Albert and Andrew had my car for a few days, I'd recently purchased it and wanted it looked over, and they gave me back what feels like a brand new car!
Pricing is fair, I expected to pay much much more just for their expertise alone so was pleasantly surprised by the bill.
The best thing to do is to trust them and let them get on with it, they know what they're doing with classics and I'm sure they've seen it all. From my experience, I don't think they're looking to make mega bucks they just want what's best for your car.
They're clearly Merc lovers so your Merc is in the safest of hands here.

Took my 2010 Cls to H A Lock after reading the reviews on them. Car was in for service and some general bits that I wanted looked at like brake pads and a knocking noise n/side front. They checked the car over and done the service with parts that needed doing and found them to be honest and fairly priced considering how much these cars are normally to keep and repair. Knocking noise was done and few other parts changed overall quality work and very pleased with what they done.
