OK, repaired my puncture and never told me when it was ready until I rang them. When I popped in to get them to put it on my car, they were not able as all the jacks were being used. Not the best service, given there are more tyre shops nearby. I might give them another chance when I need there services again [not cheap though]
Very poor customer service. Waited 20 minutes because a guy said the tyre repairer would be back in 15 minutes. I was told tyre woukd be ready by lunchtime He and mate left for their lunch break. Place is abandoned but open. No sign of anyone wasted 20 minutes.
Amazing customer service. Really helpful, managed to fit us in for an emergency heatshield fix and get us on our way. Top man!
