The lead pharmacist is a very professional and pleasant individual. I find him attentive and caring.

Unprofessional and rude.
Brought in a prescription, the pharmacist checked the system and advised it was not in stock but would be ordered for next day.
Hours later I got a call and voicemail that this medication has been discontinued and i could not be given a generic replacement as they would need a new prescription.
I had to go back to collect the old prescription from the pharmacy, go to the hospital to get a new one and bring it back to the pharmacy, which was a waste of a day.
Meanwhile a different prescription was sent to the pharmacy by my gp and when I went to collect i was it could be delivered to my address next day.
I appreciated the option and asked when and was told afternoon, after insiting on a time slot i was told between 1 and 5 pm.
I paid and made my way home, but had to once again go back to the pharmacy as my card payment did not go through and was declined and the pharmacist had jot checked at the time of issuing the receipt as he should when taking a payment, instead he audacity to argue it was my fault i had to come back again later that evening and waste my time again, as normally people make sure they can pay with their card.
Finally now it's past 5pm and the prescription was not delivered to my address and when I called to enquire on the delivery status, the pharmacist was again very rude on the phone to me and argued raising his voice it could be any time after 1pm today and that the driver actually just left.
Speachless.
Kind and genuinely lovely team. I misplaced my medication in a move, and they made it feel seamless and like there was no issue at all - even though it was obvious they were working very hard and juggling lots of other plates. Thank you hugely!
Since writing the review below. The service I experienced has improved 100 fold. My mum's medicine arrives when I order it and everyone at the chemist is very friendly.
I am so disappointed. I have been ordering medicine for my 87 year old mother from this pharmacist for past few years and I have never had a problem until now. I ordered the repeat prescription on Tuesday and on Friday, still no medicine. I try to phone all day and the phone finally gets answered at 18:15 and I am told that the prescription has not been forthcoming from the GP. I asked so when that happens, how does the patient know. I was told I should have called earlier. What nonsense, I had been calling all day, with no one answering the phone until late evening, then I was told...ah yes we have been busy all day. This is simply not good enough, now my 87 year old mother is left with no pain relief and no blood pressure tablets until Monday when the surgery and the pharmacist reopens, lets hope their failure does not cause my mum to take a turn for the worse in the mean time.
Went in there for my prescription refill. Server was jolly. He gave a kid in there a lolly. Was pretty wholesome. Waited about 10 mins. There was a chair to sit on. Was a good chemist experience.
Although I live locally I have stopped using this pharmacy as they are so incompetent and unsympathetic.
Before lockdown repeat prescriptions would be ordered and informed that they are ready for collection. When I go to collect, the order has not been made to my GP
What has actually made me comment is that my father's death certificate was posted in error, recorded delivery mind you on the 14/04/2020 to the chemist. I happened to have an amazon delivery today which was sent to the chemist in error and I was alerted by Amazon of where my parcel was delivered only to be told that they also had the death certificate there too. FOUR MONTHS later.
The staff were not apologetic and did not seem interested. They did not send the post to the return address!!! I have no words!!!
I've never seen a fast and competent service like this..when I call on behalf of my client a sweet lady said call the GP first..then I did goodness after an hour the medication was with us..not just once but up to 7 times... honestly the staff are so so good..but I understand why other people say different from what I see.. that's because in a world of 7billion people you can't please everyone.. Still pls continue to do as you are doing.. you are doing a great job..thank you.
