Absolutely disgusting experience, I was insulted by the receptionist, (when I requested my file, and saw there was no record of me informing the dentist that my tooth was chipped and my jaw dislocated when I was assaulted, the receptionist suggested my chipped tooth was due to “rot and decay” rather than the domestic violence incident.
The ACTUAL dentist REFUSED to note the damage to tooth and jaw on my file and said “it was not for someone of my league” to request my dental file, or challenge that entries to my dental file were inaccurately reported.
I now have a marvelous dental practice ODL in Moorgate who did my braces and are about to proceed with my bonding.
Lots and lots of steep stairs, and NO disabled access!
SHAME ON YOU HACKNEY DENTAL STAFF!
DO AND BE BETTER!
Great support from the staff Manager and the receptionists, for resolving the situation. And, a great treatment from my current dentist.
I've always found the receptionist's helpful and the dental work good. Would recommend them.
Excellent dentist. Staff are all friendly and professional, fast and efficient. I highly recommend.
I've being going to this Dental practice for good few years so only right to leave a review the 2 Two Ladies on reception are very helpful & polite & i usually see Dr sohail excellent doctor very professional in his job & allways listen to what you have to say & gives good advice
Amazing Dentist, very knowledgeable at what he does. Highly recommended! ????????
Best dental practice. Courteous and friendly staff. Newly refurbished reception area looks very nice, clean and tidy.
Rude dentist, rough treatment, has no manners. He was so arrogant, couldn’t even ask him any questions, because it seemed like he didn’t even want to be there to do his jobs, just wanted to get paid.
Healthcare professionals need to also have customer service skills, learn to be kind to you patients, they are already feeling vulnerable when you are extracting their teeth, be kind, put you patients at ease, let them know what you are doing, and why you are doing it, don’t just start injecting their gums, without letting them know first.
The nurse was so lovely, she looked like she gets a hard time by that dentist too tbh.
