Excellent garage, great team, always cheerful and happy to help. Theyve dealt with my car issues (glow plug change and new brakes) quickly to get me up and running for work when my car let me down in the new year, and they charge fair prices too. From the moment I called to book my car in for an air con re-gas, the lady on the phone was extremely polite and couldn't do enough for you. Then when I took my car in, the politeness continued. I didn't get the mechanics name, however he was very polite and told me how long it would take etc. I then went to pick my car up and he explained what he had done etc and I could tell he was extremely professional, by the way he was going through his final checks. (My husband is an aircraft engineer).
So if you need an air con re-gas go here. All in it cost £54.00, which is a great price- my car is Renault Laguna.

Whilst holidaying in Horncastle my windscreen washers blocked up and I enquired at Ramsdales about a repair, James explained that he was very busy but if I popped back the following morning he would have a look. All I can say is that he was very efficient and accommodating ????. 10 out of 10 ????
Great local garage. Brilliant customer service. They have recently moved to new premises with better parking than the previous location.
