Customer service is always good. I had a blood test today done by Connie she’s was the sweetest most lovely lady ever ! Very impressed considering I was once needle phobic. I can’t praise Connie enough , what a lovely lady .

Most useless and unhelpful service ever. They don't answer their phones and when you do get through, their staff don't appear to know what they are doing. I'm extremely unhappy as I've had nothing but headache from these lot in the last 3 months and after all of it I am no better off. In relation to my job, anything that I need required from occupational health, I'll be going online. Much easier and more effective.
