Sehr lecker, schön angerichtet und fein. Im hauptgang etwas zu sauer.
Leider sehr teuer fast schon übertrieben
Nous sommmes partis avec beaucoup de a priori en vu le cadre de l'hôtel, que nous allions vite nous sentir mal à l'aise. Ont nous avait offert un bon cadeau depuis 3ans et nous avions envie de l'utiliser. En arrivant ont nous informe que ce bon n'est plus valable tant donné que l'entité qui géré l'hôtel n'était plus la même. Du coup en regardant la carte des vins et nous nous sommes dis que ça allais être super cher. Monsieur demande quelques secondes et revient en disant qu'au vu de la gêne occasionné le restaurant s'excuse et nous offre un verre de vin et tapas. Première bonne surprise. Pour finir et en vu de l'accueil nous décidons de regarder la carte. En vu des produits proposés les prix sont abordables. Le repas est super bon. Les serveurs sont super agréables. Nous avions payé 96 frs pour repas plus dessert pour deux. Ont nous offert en plus un rafraîchissement de verre. Le vin offert était excellent. Très très bonne impression. Franchement cela veux la peine et plus vu sur le lac et Jardin Anglais. Nous avons posté des photos de nos plats. Rien qu'à regarder cela donne envie.

Absolutely some of the most delicious food I have ever had. The chicken was perfect and incredibly juicy. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Just perfect.
I loved the restaurant for their professional hospitality and delicious food services.

Update 2-Nov-2022: there is a different cook, different service personnel, and this changes my rating completely! Very friendly service, and food really good!
The menu is pretty boring, nothing exciting to eat. I chose risotto, a mountain of risotto (which wasn't a true risotto), and 3 st Jacques. You could have put 3 more on the plate, it was ok, but felt like it was already prepared and just heated up. So, remember this is a 5* hotel, even though I only had a main course, the bread that was served upfront was old and no butter or olive oil, not even a separate plate. The wine and champagne came in glasses from the bar, they don't show you the bottles. Sorry, that's not perfect. The view to the Christmas market is nice. Oh, and one could put more effort into the decoration of the room, it feels so empty, the plants on the tables are dying.
