Magnificent! An evening food + wine tasting for just two of us. So much meat + cheese, so much wine, so fantastic! Friendly, knowledgeable staff, warm interior, inviting ambiance. A great find!
Purchased a Wine tasting experience from AirBnb at GustARTE. The host was such an expert at guiding the group through tasting, wine, various cheeses, proscuitto, and olive oil. There are various items available for purchase after the tasting. Amazing experience!!
Walked into this charming place on a whim since we were staying across the street and we really wish we came here earlier. The owner is great and is trying to promote a more personalized and simply better experience for his customers while selling his farm's excellent products. EVERYTHING we tried was fantastic, from the meat, to the cheese and even to the wine that he makes on his farm. We packed some ham, pecorino and wine from his shop for our train ride up to Florence and are looking forward to having these wonderful snacks on the way north. We would definitely come back if we're back in Rome!
Nice selection, most of their products are sustainable, and home grown. The owners hand pick all the meats and cheese, and products in the store. They were knowledgeable where the products came from and own a farm, where the very special black pig meat comes from, as well as their home grown wine and olive oil. Highly recommend for some delicious conscious products.
Everyone should come here for wine&cheese&meat tasting! It's a small shop, literally a hole in the wall but feels very cosy. The staff speaks English and oh God the dairy products here and wine is just beyond amazing! On Airbnb or TripAdvisor you can easily book your place for their tasting events. Check out this place to have an unforgettable culinary experience.
Joined for an experience to this small shop and we really enjoyed the performance and the food and wines! The buffalo mozzarella and the prosciutto crudo were my all time favourite, but still there a lot of gurmet food to discover there!
We found this shop on our way back to our apartment one night and decided to check it out. The owner is the nicest and most helpful person you will ever meet. We found the cheese and the prosciutto to be AMAZING until we got our hands on his own production of wine. Il Marrugio Sambuchete 2014 is my NEW favorite wine in the whole world. If I could buy a case of it and have it shipped to Texas, I would do it tomorrow. We bought the last 5 bottles he had in the shop the night before we left. It is like gold....I love it.
A very Roman place to go. Located in the center of the city, ran by a very kind guy and his worker offers plenty of healthy, organic food made originally there. And this food got very good quality.
