Fab facilities but the pumps are absolutely filthy! Hands are slippery there is that much fuel on them. When paying asked where I could wash my hands but told nothing available. I've had to go to a nearby shop to wash my hands as the smell of diesel is that strong from them. Pity because the shop is well stocked and the staff have always been friendly.
I always make a point of fueling up here as they keep the price reasonable and they helped me out with my Ad Blue.
Had a horrendous experience here. Bought a bottle of water but was charge a different price to that advertised by the guy serving. He said the prices should have been updated but hadn’t been. He said he couldn’t do anything to help me despite the fact it was their error. He then said he “wasn’t bothered” about the customer service & started laughing in my face in front of other customers. Horrendous customer service altogether. No manager was available either. Poor show.

Used the car wash my mokka came out nice
A quick visit to get some oil for my car and l was off and running again. The Staff member who served me was smiling and nice and polite. It must be hard to keep this up when you are involved in serving the public in any way. It's got to be a two way street though
It's a petrol station, and a busy one. Not a lot to shout about, but I'm a bit peeved at their air pump which is the reason I visited. Paid a quid, tried to inflate a slightly soft tyre... and ended up with a _very_ soft tyre that I assumed had a fault.
Ten quid and a panicked visit to a nearby tyre repair shop and the diagnosis was that there was more likely an issue with the air pump at the garage.
