Popped in here for fuel. It's nothing special and the price is reasonable enough. If you purchase cigarettes here, check what they give you compared to what they've scanned through the till. They scan an actual UK cigarette pack but will give you a foreign pack. This is why I give it 3 stars.

Brilliant place pretty much the only place open in Portree after 9pm. Great staff and such a large range of products for a small shop, couldn’t have asked for more

Good for fuel ofcourse, also good for log fire

I visited this petrol station on 7th September. The forecourt was covered in fuel (both sides of the pumps) as a result the ground was extremely slippy. I asked the girl on duty at the desk for sand - there was half a bucket inside the shop but she said I couldn’t use that and she’d get me some. I slid back, filled my car and when paying again asked for sand. The reply was “I’m not giving you sand and will you move your car as you’re causing an obstruction”. Unacceptable behaviour. If someone’s foot had slipped off a pedal due to fuel on their shoes there could have been a very serious accident.

My wife and I visited early on a Bank Holiday Monday, filling up to travel south homewards.

I got out and started filling up... The dial started slowing down...it practically stopped...then smoke started billowing out of the fuel pump...

I don't think they are supposed to do that so I alerted the attendant. She agreed.

At this I would normally have legged it away from the blast zone but my wife was still in the car and she had my bank card. If the thing exploded it would have taken out my card and I would have had no means to get a bus home.

We were expecting exorbitant prices, but we were pleasantly surprised to find that it wasn't the case here. The service is pretty outstanding as well, the only gripe is that it can be a bit of a pain to get to when busy.

Not easy to get in to get fuel but it seemed the cheapest around especially if you are going further into Skye. The staff were friendly and offered up info to my questions without any Huff's. Fuel and wood and buts and bobs you'd expect from a petrol.station
