Very rude lady at the front desk.
I was very polite and ask if they could put a plaster on my back (that I bought there) as I live alone and I just removed some stitches.
She told me straight away that because of insurance they couldn’t and told me (in a very rude way) to ask my mum to put it. I’m 26 and live alone. I’m not a child so she looked at me and told me to ask someone else. Like… it’s a pharmacy? now I understand they couldn’t put it but I really didn’t like the way she treated me like a child. I can’t just find “someone”. Won’t go back there
This is my local pharmacy. I think often only negative experiences lead to reviews but I’ve always been brilliantly served by this place. Most recently I went in with a suspected eye infection yesterday. Pharmacist took one look at me and gave me the drops I needed. Was in and out in less than ten minutes. Can you ask for more on a Saturday morning? Thank you as always.

Just collected some of the medicine.
One wasn't available, wasn't offered that they would order it for me or check at other pharmacies for the availability!
Second was issued partially without informing me about it, so I had to call them back when I discovered that most of the tablets are missing to find out what is going on. I will have to come back to collect the rest following day, but I'm still not well.
Third - some vitamins, pharmacist was asked if they are available cheaper without prescription, reply was that I'm still a few penny's better buying on the prescription. I was surprised that I could have bought exactly the same medicine for less than half of the price elsewhere without prescription !
Rip off plus very poor customer, so I suggest not to use this pharmacy!
Update - went to collect missing tablets, different ones with the same active ingredients were supplied, again I wasn't informed about it! Upon checking they are cheaper without prescription! Plus doctor wanted me to take the specific brand what was written on the prescription!!!

Very helpful staff that always go above and beyond. Nothing is every to much trouble. They always give you time to explain anything you're unsure about even when the shop is busy. Would highly recommend.

The pharmacist is so very helpful, she will take time to explain things to you, nothing is to much bother for her. The rest of the staff are equally helpful, always polite. Would recommend them totally
Appalling behaviour from Smita the pharmacist. Screaming and shouting at a customer and throwing her out of the shop. Refusing to do some dosset boxes for some people but ŵill do it for others and lied about it. Very bad customer service
If i could give 0 i would! Absolutely awful customer services. I have been in several times for myself and mother and been treated awfully. Completely unprofessional and extremely rude.
