Have always had an amazing experience with grove dental practice! The receptionist are amazing, Radha has always helped me with her kindness and professionalism… could never imagine her being horrible to anyone.

Amazing dental practice! Radha the receptionist (although way to good just to be a receptionist) is brilliant constant contact with me throughout my multiple dental treatments. With most dentists and let's be honest throughout the whole NHS it's seems to have lost their human connection to people. But no with this one! To mention going to a dentist is relatively scary and makes people very anxious, Dr Hussain is absolutely brilliant at what he goes the best in the game!
I have been at Grove dental practice since my mum was carrying me so over 50 years it was Mr Jorder the who made confident about going to dentists. But I have to say this is the best Dental practice and Dr Ansari has been my dentist for about 12 years he is very kind caring and competent and always goes that extra mile. Admin staff very helpful and polite too.
I was treated by my dentist Dr. Poonam very nicely yet again! The receptionist and assistants are all lovely and kind too. Overall a very good experience as always.
Why is Radha, the receptionist, still in her position despite receiving numerous negative comments? She's a scary beast and acts like she is a clinician making clinical decisions over the phone, honestly puts me off from making contact with the clinic. She consistently treats people disrespectfully. strongly, lacking empathy for the patients. It's clear she requires training to improve her skills. Her actions have caused me significant distress, and it's essential for her to refrain from making judgments based on ignorance and prejudice.
The one and only dentist I have visited since I was young child. Both Dentist (Dr Hussain) and receptionists (Marina & Radha) have always been a pleasure to visit, arrange appointments and have a laugh with.
I have known radha for many years now… including my kids and husband.. she knows we all suffer with anxiety and get very anxious about visiting the dental
Practice…she has always made our visits very comfortable.
