I have to say Paul and the guys are amazing, since moving to Newark Paul has done mine cars, Yesterday 4th May My battery had died in my car rung Paul as soon as they opened after explaining the issue he collected the car, replaced battery, reset the computer as some issues had been picked up from diagnostic test took car for run this morning all good car collected. Great service highly recommended

Just over a year ago they did some work on my car including a cam belt change. All good, just a little expensive. I asked them to look at the rear courtesy light, it worked if you switched it on but not when you opened the rear doors. They said the switch had gone, and it would be £50+ to replace, so they hadn't. They did not ask me if they should replace it, which I found odd at the time and did not charge me for looking, also odd. Yesterday, my front courtesy light stopped working, I checked the bulb, and it was ok. Just in case, I thought I would try the bulb from the rear lamp. I took it off the side and found the wires had been cut. Within the hole, I found a "ball" of electrical tape! I can only assume the tape was protecting the live wires, which have now shorted and blown the fuse, hence the front one has stopped working. Either Grove Auto Electrical Services did not investigate my rear courtesy light not working and did not see the taped wire (most likely, but then lied that they had investigated) or, they cut the wires to the rear courtesy light (why?!). Either way, my van will not be going back to them.
Had a problem with towing electrics and central locking not a problem for Paul and his staff not an easy fix being a ssang Yong. Thanks all would highly recommend. Dave

If you need auro electric work done then I can't recommend this highly enough. Alternator died and they were able to turn round another in a few days. Service excellent.
