Dirty place! Do not recommend. I asked the staff here to clean my table 5times and they still did not clean it. Very rude staff. After a 25min wait they finally decided to clean my table. From dirty they left my table wet with surface cleaner. I ordered meal 18 which is double smash patty burger. Once the food came out only then I realised it was not a smash burger in fact it was just a normal beef patty which they labelled and over charged. I do not recommend eating here regardless. I feel dirty after eating here. Just close the place down!!! Disgusting
I m one of most regular customers for last 1 year. Purchases from them more than 3 times a week.
Pros:
Some very specific food taste is good. One of them is pizza and burgers.
Waiting time is good.
Some staffs are very nice though not everyone.
Cons:
Tables are never cleaned.
They never give me tissue paper in my last 1 year experience. I always have to ask for it.
Not consistent with the food taste.
Overall 3star rated.

Hot wings was not properly breaded and it wasn’t fresh. However visited this store at midnight so considering time I would still give 4 stars as I assume they must have better quality during peak trading hours.
Decor was decent for a chicken shop.

Omg just ordered 2 pizzas and they was the worst pizzas ever, absolute disgusting soggy and wet, also a hair in my pizza! Disgusting didn’t even eat them! You can see the hair on the pizza when you look closely
Worst customer experience. Very rude and arrogant. Scamming people with extra money then the menu prices.
I’ve been to this place many times but no more, I get a simple order of two chicken burgers for £4 and 3 times now they have been less than half filled with chicken.
I’ve been asked various times to leave a review even when my order is two half filled chicken burgers, I feel like I have wasted my money by getting half and sometimes less than half for what I pay for- it’s happened too many times for me to be ok with or overlook- I’m no longer buying from this chicken shop anymore as a direct result of this.
Just worst. I asked for biff burger, 1 drink & paid 4:65 pounds. They served me lamb burger. Whenever i asked them they told me if I need another one then i have to pay again 3:50 ₤. I just throw it in the bin.
They are chit.
