We had booked THREE WEEKS in advance for a party of 20. Understaffed is an understatement. We waited over one hour to have our order taken and the restaurant was no where near capacity. When my partner challenged the .mostly inexperienced and poorly English speaking waiting staff (three of them), who to be honest bent over backwards for us, was told that they were really sorry but the chefs couldn't handle the volume of orders coming in.
Bearing in mind, this was booked THREE WEEKS In advance. There were only two chefs and a kitchen porter.
EMPLOY MORE CHEFS.
Among our party most of us thought the food was nice. Waiting staff and chefs worked their socks off but, management should be ashamed of themselves.
We, the paying customers are your bread and butter and when we pay to dine in your establishment we expect more. This didn't happen due to poor staffing.
I have tried your Erskine branch with a party of similar size and found it very satisfying.
If Renfrew branch wants to keep custom, stop cutting corners and think of your customers rather than your pocket.

I popped in here the other evening, the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. On this occasion I didn't eat but I did look at the menu, which has a lot to offer at reasonable prices, including, a Sunday lunch, with mash and gravy, yes you read it right, my fellow English men/women, gravy haha, in Scotland on a roast dinner on a Sunday!!!
I can't wait to try it out.
Good music on at weekends. Drinks are quite expensive compared to other Renfrew establishments. Young inexperienced bar staff who are slow at serving.
Food was excellent, good selection of drinks and didn't seem too expensive either
Was in a few weeks ago ,I preferred this restaurant to Erskine . Couldn't fault there food or staff we got a lovely young man that served us but sadly I've forgotten his name .I am gluten free and they couldn't do enough Thanks ????
Very good food and lovely surroundings reasonable prices.
Went here for Xmas dinner great meal and the service was great to thank u for making our day that bit special x
Hardly any staff long waits toilets are never maintained to a standard that a restaurant should be ie frankie and bennies (take notice)
