Ordered on Uber eats while visiting Uxbridge from Birmingham. Was really looking forward to it but it was more hype than it was worth.
The loaded chicken was not loaded and you have to literally pay extra for lettuce???? fusion sauce had a weird cardboard aftertaste.
The signiture don chick burger was amazing and I would order this again. The new signiture mix donnor roll was okay, alot of fatty chicken pieces, wouldnt call it chicken donner.
Kids meals both came with missing drinks, I paid £1 for a sachet of ketchup my kid wanted again didn't send it and to top it off they advertised free cake for orders over £20 and we ordered £60 worth of food and they didn't send it. Not fussed about free cake but when you tell you kid they will get cake it's disappointing when staff don't read simple order details to miss so much out. I could have just paid for it if that's what was needed but again it would have probably been missed.
Ordered literally 15 minutes ago...second order so far... both have been £60+ ... this was £70+ ... the quality of the food cannot be faulted.... it arrives hot ????.... so cannot complain.... definitely is fresh .... .. great substitute when you have not cooked .... genuinely think the bad reviews are competition feeling the heat ????..... this will be the only place I order from in the future
I think the food was nice but it has definitely gone down in quality over the past year
It’s very pricey but we were willing to pay as food quality was always top tier however this time I ordered. The chicken shawarma taste like the chicken was boiled instead of grilled. Same with the chicken wings that weren’t cooked that well.

The staff lie when you call and say the driver didn’t turn up whilst the driver is messaging me on Uber saying that they’ve been told to wait for the order by shop. while I was on the phone to the shop. (While shop “manager” was lying to me telling me no one has been to collect it.) I heard the delivery guy come in to ask why I was told it was ready and he was just sat waiting outside to which point the shop actually cut me off the call so I couldn’t hear.
The shop then called me back to say he had made me fresh food as it had been waiting a while.
1 hour 40 minutes after ordering - my food arrived COLD, SPICY AS HELL (when I never asked for spice) soggy and disgusting!!
Do not order you will be sorry!

Everything I've ordered is a 10/10 for flavour and the portion size. Best donna and chicken shawarma I've ever had. The sauces are amazing too. My favourite place to eat, highly recommend
10/10 food and service. Owner had a nice chat with us and made recommendations. All the meats are fresh and cooked to perfection
This is the best takeaway hands down in london maybe expensive but worth it! Restaurant quality delivered to my door! The lamb ribs are on another level also the God farther burger and mac and cheese bites with fusion sauce are a must try !!!! Thank you grill cartel team
This guy charges 50p for lettuce lmao. If you can’t afford to give me lettuce on my burger when you charge me 13 pound for a bun and small piece of chicken then Close your shop down. Don’t nickel and dime me if you can’t afford to run your own business. Go work cashier at a gas station instead. Filthy restaurant.
Also rude owner. 0 care for customer service. That’s not how you run a business. No wonder you’re struggling and having to charge 50p for lettuce.
Reply: mate, when are you gonna start charging for the bun? And then eventually the gas bill. And maybe then for the petrol you put in your car.
It’s called a burger for a reason. It comes with those things. You charge 20+ pound for a burger fries and drink. How much profit margin do you need? How tough is your life. Maybe stop spending beyond your means and you won’t have to make your loyal customers pay for lettuce and pickles.
Been coming here for 2 years. But never again. Shame on your business and your character as an owner. You are so arrogant and have 0 respect or regard for customer service. My money is better spent where it’s appreciated.
