I have used this dentist for many years.. Although it is no longer as close to home I will never change to another practice.. Excellent customer service from all staff.. Clean, friendly professional environment. Reception staff do their upmost to help when an urgent appointment has been needed.Roberta is a calm and very reassuring dentist.. I would highly recommend this practice, to friends and family..
Signed on to this dentist last year had two appointments cancelled on me on the actual day. I could maybe understand one but two is an absolute joke some people like myself have to take time off work for an appointment. The one time I did visit the Spanish dentist was pretty rude saying can we get on with it my shift is finishing soon when I was talking to her assistant They couldn’t offer me another one for another 3 months absolute waste of time, they send reminder messages for an appointment just days before honestly I would avoid this place at all costs very unprofessional. The phone line is useless can never contact them It’s alright for them to cancel without notice but if you don’t show up to an appointment they strike you off the list pot kettle black
An absolute joke when it comes to communication and setting up appointments. They replaced the former problematic receptionist with a phone system that doesn't work. It either rings without anyone picking up or you get instantly directed to a full voice mail that ends your call. For more than a month I've been complaining about this. I have to waste an hour to go there and reschedule appointments that they cancel but don't give you a date. They say they will contact you and they don't.
Got unregistered for showing up in person and asking how I'm supposed to contact them because this was causing me distress, they lied and said I'm threatening their staff when all i did was ask for answers. Unironically being discriminated against for my disability which they were aware of.
The practice has been given a make over and now looks like a brand new practice.very clean and professional looking.the staff are all very friendly.I see the therapist Kate who is very lovely and welcoming and puts me at ease when I visit. Excellent practise!
Why dental practices business have such poor management in England? This one for example even bother to change their voice record message which misleading people announcing they are registering new patients AND have a waiting list for NHS.

Awful, had a filling done months back and it fell out 2 weeks later, i had it redone and its been done awfully with lumps at the back (2 different dentists) . My partner had a filling today and the woman who did it didnt wait until the numbing spray kicked in ans drilled her nerves in the tooth, and the filling fell out a few hours later anyway and now shes in agony. Atrocious.
Terrible staff, once you get in there you’ll notice the lines ringing constantly, nobody will make a move to answer. And then they get upset when you come in person to book an appointment
