I recently took my car to Greg for repair. First of all, his quotation which was not way fair included fixing all the problems I had listed to him. Later on, he texted me that the car is ready for collection. When I went to collect my car, I found out that one of the major issues was not fixed yet. He had included its cost in his quotation though.
I spoke to him why he had not fixed that issue. He asked me to make extra payment for that and he will fix it next time otherwise he will not give me the car. One of his staff was also way rude and aggressive to me.
Now, after about 10 days, I find out that the issue he had repaired, is also not properly addressed. Damn unfair! I will not recommend this garage to anyone.
I recently had my car fixed from Greg and his team and I can hand on heart say that I couldn’t have asked for a better service or garage to go to get my car fixed. Greg always remained in contact with me and really went out of his way as well ensuring that I was happy every step of the way. If you’re looking for a really good mechanic then look no future. Overall really happy.
His a great guy managed to squeeze me in to have a look at my car. Very knowledgeable along with his mechanics. Will definitely be back in the future
I had the check engine light come on in my car. Took it into Greg's Automotive and they did a diagnostic check and found the issue in 10 minutes. They ordered the part and fitted it the next day. They did another diagnostic check and all ok. Super efficient professional garage with very knowledgeable mechanics. Prices are very reasonable too. I would definitely recommend Greg's Automotive if you have any issue with your car.

Very professional garage I was from out of town about to buy a car but wanted to get it checked before I buy. Greg agreed and said his mechanics would look after me. They checked the car thoroughly very knowledgeable mechanics did diagnostics and checked everything unfortunately the car wasn't good to purchase but these guys saved me one big problem in the future they made time for me to check it out even though they were super busy
Brilliant garage. I'm skeptical taking my Audi to most garages as you never know how the mechanic will treat your car. Found these guys via Google based on their reviews I went.
This garage will be my permanent go to now. Professional, looked after the car and best prices by a mile. - Update 07/05. Went again the following day to diagnose an issue that's been bothering me for a few months, needless to say Greg and his team were excellent. They all worked to find the issue that 2 other garages couldn't resolve. I also needed my bump stops changed but found out the rear shocks were not in great condition, found a brilliant deal for a decent pair. Price point genuinely can't be beaten. Best customer service around.
I first used Greg via seeing the 5* reviews by previous customers who have used his service and I can honestly say that he has not only met those testimonials but exceeded my expectations. There are a lot of garages who will rip you off with prices etc but Greg has been great across the board. Always gives the best prices, finishes the repair without delay with excellent quality. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get their car repaired, I can vouch for it.
