Brilliant service, the poor staff are rushed off there feet but nothing is ever too much for them to do. I think some customers need to give these guys credit when the ques are out the door and they're doing there best! Keep up the good work, it's always appreciated to see a friendly smile.
Hands down the most disgusting greggs we have ever been to. The staff had no care about cross contamination and were handling food after touching filthy surfaces. Gloves should be provided and maybe some customer service training. The bins were overflowing the entire place was just gross.
If you can find another greggs go to it ,it will be a lot faster than going to this one.one person serving and the que was out the door and 3 staff in the back talking.nothing ready and the price is double to any other.would not recommend
Wrong drink and the hot chocolate was just warm water. Bacon was undercooked and looked like it’d been in oven for 1 minute! priced higher than usual Greggs as it’s in a services. Drive 5 mins to Whitehaven town centre for a better experience and cheaper prices
They are an amazing little team great service always trying to accommodate no matter what. On a plus side as well they introduce me to the app I’ll be bagging my free large hot drink next time I’m in

A usual nice greggs. Unless I'm super unlucky, every time I've been, it's been the worst stocked greggs in cumbria. Today a full fridge was on just to keep a few pots of grapes cool.
