I had my boiler serviced by Greenbird recently and was very impressed with the level of care and attention to detail they took. The engineer was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing in a clear and concise way. He also took the time to answer all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Greenbird to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy gas engineer.
I first used Greenbird Services earlier this year and very happy with the service provided since then. Aaron took a comprehensive view of the problem with my boiler and resolved it all quickly. Jack has also been at my home to attend a plumbing issue whilst Aaron was away. Both are very good with their work and equally good people. They make sure they find the cause and resolve the issues for you with an honest opinion and as reasonably priced as possible. I didn't want to waste my time and money with other companies and have bought a yearly care plan with them. The boiler had an issue this week and was quickly diagnosed and repaired by Aaron.
My earlier experience with other companies has been exactly the opposite; they were either not that efficient or perhaps viewed the customer only as one-off opportunity to extract as much money as possible!
When friends or family ask us for details of gas safe engineers then basically they are putting their trust in us too for what we recommend. Greenbird Services is one of those companies that I can confidently recommend to my friends and family.
I have seen a lot of gas heating engineers that at the first sign of trouble, they shake their heads and say, “You’re going to need a boiler replacement” or “We don’t cover mega flow” Not the case with Aaron and his team. They simply get the job done, their expertise is unparalleled, they are competitive and honest. Truly fantastic and I will never go elsewhere. They are that good.
Our boiler broke and our usual heating engineers (who fitted the boiler) took a week to turn up and then recommended a new boiler and quoted a high rate. Looking for an alternative quote, called Greenbird and Jack, who arrived same day, recommended it could be fixed instead. Aaron arrived the following day and within a couple of hours had it successfully repaired. Thanks both for the great service!

Jack and Aaron are great guys if you have any central heating problems, I've been using them for years and wouldn’t go elsewhere.
