Great garage, the guys really want to you help you out.
Needed an exhaust repaired same day, they sorted it really quickly and for a good price. Would 100% recommend. Great service.
Called Grays Tyre & Exhaust Centre around 9 am Monday to get a price to fit a new rear exhaust pipe which broke over the weekend for my Toyota IQ, called me back within 10mins with a good price to supply and fit and said that the part would be in by 2pm the same day. called me back at approx 2pm to say the part had arrived. drove 15mins to get there, they took my keys and told me to wait in the waiting room. By the time I sat down and sent a few emails the job was done. from me leaving my house and returning took no longer than 45min - 1hr. Would highly recommend garages like this, Local, Convenient with years of establishment and know what they are doing without ripping you off like some of the big so called exhaust fitters. Guys, shop around do your research and you will find garages like this with great customer service, while you wait fitting service and not breaking the bank prices. I will definitely be using these guys again when I need my brakes disc n pads replacing which are due very soon.

Grays were brilliant when my car needed emergency wishbone bushings replacing and they talked through everything so I was clear what I was paying for. Offered to do tracking but after checking, told me I didn't need it, which was very encouraging , that level of honesty and customer service. Very reasonable tyre prices too.
Definitely will be returning for future car needs.
Had the pleasure of using Grays of Chingford for a couple of news tyres this week on my Q5. Punctual, helpful and friendly, what more could you ask for? I'd definitely recommend.
First time I’ve used Grays and will definitely be going back. They were unbelievably helpful in choosing tyres, no pressure selling, and genuinely nice guys. Top service and you won’t beat them on price.

Possibly the best service I have received from a Garage.
From the moment of dropping off my car I was treated as a valued customer. The Head mechanic Marcos talked me through the job and made it interesting, unlike most garages where they assume you wouldn't be interested. John The other team member on site were polite and looked like they were enjoying their jobs.
I recommend Grays Chingford you don't have to believe me - check it out yourself.
Had my catalytic converter stolen whilst visiting family in London. Replacement fitted promptly by fantastic staff. They even apologized for someone else stealing my property. Brilliant service use they guys.
