First time using gratech and I have to say they’ve been absolutely spot-on their service has been amazing and they even got the old family bus washed for me ????????????????
Took it in with what i told them was a suspected DEF sensor fault; they emptied ad blue tank, cleaned it out, refilled and got rid of error codes. Was happy with service as all warning lights had gone, a week later the light come back on, they told me to bring it back in and they would sort it for me. Wiring to the DEF sensor needed to be soldered and wasn’t discovered first time round. I was expecting to pay for materials but was not expecting to be charged full price both times to cover materials and labour.
2 stars instead of 1 as problem was eventually sorted £780 later.
It was the 1st time I have used them ( recommended to me by a friend ) and I have to say they didn't disappoint, very knowledgeable on range rovers and a great service. I definitely will be returning.
