People in the shop are very nice.
Pastry are very very good, sometimes they have even better cake and tart made by one of the owner of the shop.
If you are into speciality coffee, this is the best of Manchester. They have coffee from different roasters around the would, they often have some very rare coffee in stock for drinking or purchase. Their espresso options are generous, I have tried a few lattle that taste like black forest gateau in the cup.
There is always tons of options of coffee you can choose for filter, I wonder why they can remember the recipe for all those coffee.
The last thing you can try is their hot chocolate made from single origin chocolate, it tastes very different from the big band chocolate.
I would highly recommend this place.
The best coffee I've tasted in a long long time with super pastries and fresh bread in the mornings. If you want to spoil yourself for lunch the Kimcheese is a proper treat. There's also great sandwiches with their sourdough and good local cheeses.
Run by a friendly, knowledgeable team, it's one of my favourite places in Sale and a morning staple before work. Couldn't recommend it more highly.
As good as coffee gets and clearly a labour of love. Only wish they'd reopen the seating but fair play to them for streamlining and surviving the lockdowns.

Was visiting a friend in Manchester and I'd heard a lot about Grapefruit in Sale, so decided to take the tram there one morning. So glad I did, had an absolutely banging cortado and pistachio pastry, it was amazing.
Nice little coffee shop by the canal. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Last time I visited them I was very unwell and they helped me to feel better.
Best place for good coffee in Sale. Cakes etc look V good, a true test of my will power in the morning.
The best, bar none. World-class standard coffee and genuine, nice people.
