The pharmacy itself has the usual items and of course you can get your prescription. The outside has been neglected and used as some sort of dumping area. There are weeds, rubbish and a random shoe to greet you outside. A pharmacy should have some professional standards.
Really gone down hill since the gentleman that worked there dosnt seem to be there anymore. Several time I have been told medication is there only to have to ring the doctors. Then received the medication weeks later when picking something else up
Rang to ask for my prescription not to be sent put as I would collect due to it being imported and told be the doctors to take this immediately. I arrived at chemist and the medication had been sent out with the driving. I returned home to wait for this medication, and it did not arrive untill the following day. When contacting them I was told they didn't no were it was and the driving probably delivered what he could up to breaking fast then left the rest for the day after.
Surely there should be arrangements made to ensure imported medication is delivered during this time or information people. This medication along with otheres was sent out then somewere then left over night woth out the pharmacy knowing were this was.
Awesome pharmacy. I turned up 5 mins before closing to pick up my prescription and I stupidly forgot my card to pay. Generous staff member insisted I can take it and pay the next working day - which I did. So, so grateful. Was my first time visiting too as I recently moved and nominated here so he didn't even know me. Had my prescription already packed-up too which my old pharmacy never did. Second time I visited, had another really friendly and enthusiastic staff member help me. Seems like the people here genuinely love their work and customer service and want to help. Couldn't rate this any higher 10/10.
For the POST OFFICE in this pharmacy.Been going here for some time now for which I always receive good service , this morning at 9 am I came with 40 parcels , I was 2nd in line after waiting which is never a problem for me , I then approached the counter when it was my turn and I asked the fair toned Asian man with bald head 5'7 approximately if he could put 7 parcels on 1 receipt one as I don't want an extremely long receipt , his response is , '' that will take too long , I will put them on one receipt , I said '' I have 40 parcels here'' , he said '' it's Monday and there are customers waiting , either you leave it or go somewhere else '' I took my parcels quietly and I left , never again would I ever use this post office nor their pharmacy , I will tell all my family and friends to go elsewhere and I will lodge a complaint with the POST OFFICE as I have never had anyone told me to go elsewhere when I am putting money in their pockets, it doesn't make any sense . Some people really don't appreciate the value a customer brings to a business and that's the reason some of them go bust and I hope they do too .
This is a shining star of a pharmacy in my eyes. All the staff are absolutely lovely and very helpful. The pharmacy staff know their stuff and offer knowledge advice and service. All in all a great community resource ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I am very impressed with both the pharmacy and the Post Offie. We are very lucky to have such a good facility nearby.
I have been using Granville Road Pharmacy for many years. All of the staff are Very Caring, Kind, Friendly and are Very Compassionate in providing Person Centered Service. The service all the Amazing staff provide is always of High Standards. Myself and family will only ever use Granville road Pharmacy. Thankyou so much to all the staff for the amazing service you provide.
The chemist himself is very helpful. I've forgotten his name but I think it was Azad. My brothers health wasn't so good so I was always visiting after work and sorting his medication out and this young man was always happy to help with a smile. It isn't often you see customer service as good as this. So credit where it's due.
The female staff here however are very noisy. They never seem to be doing much other than chatting really loudly in the back. Sometimes even shrieking with laughter and I've even heard one of them say the p*** word multiple times. I don't care what race you are, you shouldn't be saying that disgusting word.
