Absolutely horrible experience. The customer service was non existent. Please avoid this garage at all costs, the staff are extremely unprofessional, especially the manager Tokhir who was dealing with my car. I will never use them again. I would not trust them to do any job. Took my car to them due to oil leak, after work carried out by them caused my engine to fail needed a new engine. They obviously didn’t accept any liability for it and we’re extremely rude and unhelpful.
This garage has amazing friendly, honest and hard working staff. They really know what they are doing and have excellent customer service. The garage is run by honest individuals who have great experience in motor mechanics. I would highly recommend it for all your cars maintenance needs including service and MOTs.
I have used this garage for over 15 years, helping to maintain and repair a variety of different cars I have owned. I recently had a major DPF problem, which was fully resolved and the car has never had the same problem recur. I have always found the staff to be honest and trustworthy and they always suggest the most cost effective solutions. I have tried other garages and this is the garage that has become my default choice because they can be trusted. I can recommend them without any hesitation.
