Disgusting service. Clearly prejudiced and have no customer service skills whatsoever. They should not be dealing with the public. They are inadequate to do their job and certainly should not be giving anyone medical items. Cannot be trusted. If you do not like the people whom you are serving, have some integrity and go elsewhere with your downgraded shop.
There are a lot of reviews that comment on how up until recently you weren’t able to enter the shop and had to speak through a hatch. I think this experience is likely to relate to the location of the pharmacy and prevalence of thefts and asb. I feel the business owner does well to serve the needs of the community and we’re lucky to have a pharmacy on Park Lane. When I’ve needed medication for my kids he’s always been very responsive and when I’ve had issues he’s always helped me by telling how to go back to the GP. Also grateful he’s open Saturdays.
Ben is absolutely lovely and so helpful, been going to him for over 20 years and I’ve never had an issue with him. People don’t realise how many individuals in Tottenham go to him for their prescriptions and medication which is why he had to take extreme measures during COVID. If he or his wife became sick and had to close the pharmacy how would he be able to work and ensure you receive what you need? People are way too entitled but anyways we love Ben over here ????
staff are nice and do their jobs well but the pharmacy itself is quite rundown and has a very melancholy vibe to it.
The most bizarre and hostile retail experience I’ve ever had in my life.
Firstly, I was not allowed into the shop and had to instead shout what I was after from the street because apparently the precious staff of Grace pharmacy are too important and special to catch a new variant of something called ‘Covid’. The young lady/gatekeeper of the treasures within was obviously totally engrossed w her phone and made abundantly clear that doing anything for me was a dreadful inconvenience. So so rude. I asked for codeine w ibuprofen and was told w contempt they only had a branded product as if I was totally impecunious. I said fine and they proceeded to rip me off. £9.50 for what is £8 in Boots and not some cowboy chemist. Utterly rogue traders.
The employees has a very bad behaviour and they are not friendly. There are with the service a lots of unexpected stuff. I am not a complainer person but, that pharmacy is in my experience it’s really bad. So i just suggested to another people to go to the another pharmacy in this area there is many. And Good Luck for that Pharmacy, i hope the Boss is gonna start to think why the people are not going there anymore!!!!!
I went there at 5:30pm to get my medicine and the place was closed, in their website it says that they close at 7pm. And yes you have to trust someone you don't know and give him your debt card so they can take your payment.. this pharmacy is a joke.
I've used Ben's for 12 years and have always had good service....I'm sorry to have left him but I find it easier to be delivered....(sorry Ben)....and all the critics out there should be glad he is still open....it is Tottenham by the way.
