Chicken wings look like they have been chewed up and spat out, bland and flavourless, cold cardboard fries and when I called they refused to acknowledge any wrong doing. Huge disappointment, I've been twice and will certainly never be going back.
Ordered food for delivery whilst staying at Legoland. Food was lovely, hot and fresh when received, flavours were different but delicious. My children were pleased. We ordered takeaway before leaving Windsor the next day. Thank you!

The stone plate was cold, burger not very hot. Staff smoking right by the main doors when customers eating. Overall wouldn’t be bad as burger tastes good, but staff needs to improve.
Delicious burgers! Specially vegetarian one that I ate. Meal has amazing tasty. The only thing that I would suggest is for more drink options, as juices, ice tea, etc. Unfortunately , the restaurant is a little hide, it is in one of the corners of the high street, so is not visible for the public go, otherwise would be much busier.
We have been eating there for years last couple of times was hit and miss but tonight was absolutely disgusting and horrible the chicken was so stinky that you can smell it through the bag even with all the spices on this definitely will be our last time and would definitely not be recommending it anymore.

The bun was toasted and had a nice crunch, but was still soft enough to complement the burger. Overall, the burger was one of the best I've had in Windsor and definitely worth the price.
The grilled chicken was also excellent. It was seasoned well and cooked to a perfect tenderness. The chicken was juicy, with a nice char on the outside that added some smokiness to the dish. It came with a side of fries, which were crispy and flavorful.
What I really appreciated about Gourmet Grill was the quality of the food, despite the affordable prices. The portions were generous, and the flavors were well-balanced. The service was friendly and efficient, and the ambiance was casual and inviting.
Overall, I would highly recommend Gourmet Grill for anyone looking for an outstanding burger or grilled chicken in Windsor that won't break the bank. The quality of the food is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. Give it a try!
Crooks. Ordered food and chased them three times. A 14 min drive but apparently there was loads of traffic!! The driver was then three mins away and 25 mins later nothing expect the phone being off the hook! So avoid these lying crooks who have no idea how to deliver food!
