Have visited many times and plan to keep visiting many more. Food is always top quality and amazing. New items and specials popping up keeping it all fresh with a warm, friendly service which completes the experience.

You got a beef with me? If yes let’s sort it out here! Haha Got Beef is a wonderful burger restaurant. Great burgers really. Too many options on the menu to choose from and I decided to go for the steak one which was tender and juicy! My friend had a veggie burger which was yum! The halloumi fries were spot on. I only wished they served milkshakes too which would have been an icing on the cake!
I went for a take away. There was a lovely warm reception, though I was the only person there. Treated myself to an old fashion while I waited which was a very good version! I was offered to take my food in good time. As that was well before I’d finished my boozy cocktail they keep back the final prep and only finalised my burger and fries when I was ready - which seemed like a great idea to keep it fresh and warm! Nice.
After a very short walk home, I found the burger patty solid for £9. The toppings reasonable but the bread a real let down - ate like a air-filled supermarket brioche, I might get 10 of in a packet and use on a home bbq, not really restaurant take-out quality for me. The overall effect was underwhelming for the price, and compared unfavourably to a place near my home in Coventry that is really excellent for the same price.
Yum. The vegetarian patty inside the marmite butter burger makes my mouth water even as I am writing this two days after. Haloumi fries really tasty too.
Nice little cozy place with a great design around the place. I tried the Welsh Black and fries. The burger was good. Not like outstanding but still a really good burger. Maybe I should I tried something more elaborate. The fries though were outstanding! It isn’t quite a place I would go out of my way to come back to. Only if I happen to be in the neighborhood. Juz remember they only take CASH. That’s quite a rarity nowadays.
Food was fab (special mention for the beef brisket nachos) waitress was so lovely & attentive. We came on a quiet evening but still had a lovely atmosphere, loved the mowntown classics playing in the background????
Burgers are delicious, was free to double up our patties too which is always a positive thing lol fries were nice, friendly staff all around highly recommend
Disappointing. The burgers we ordered were both like hockey pucks. In shape, size and sadly almost in consistency. Both were overcooked and the beef in both had been ground too fine, so they were dense and not great to eat.
The sides ordered weren't great either and the whole experience was pretty disappointing, staff weren't that friendly and when things aren't available on the menu or because they've sold out, how hard is it to put up a sign saying that?
Not cheap nor expensive but surprised to find out it was cash only. I might have missed the signs if they were there but not what you'd expect. No point lost for this but a bit surprising.
