Best KPortal Reviews

Great place, they stay open later than most pharmacies and the GP they’re attached to. They’re always quick with prescriptions and great at messaging when they’re ready.
The staff are also friendly and welcoming! Highly recommend, sad to see so many negative reviews when I personally, have only had positive experiences.
I visited this pharmacy last Friday, and the experience was nothing short of a disaster. They promised to notify me when my prescription was ready, but after two days of waiting, I received no message. When I finally called them, they put me on hold for over 10 minutes, only to claim they'd call me back. At closing time , I received a text saying my prescription was ready.
To make matters worse, the advertised opening time was 07:30, but the owner insisted they'd open at 08:00. He reluctantly let me in, but when it came to dispensing my medication, he refused due to an expired prepayment certificate. I asked for a couple of minutes to renew it, but he was incredibly rude and unhelpful, continuously pushing me to return later. Frustrated and fed up, I left without my medication.
My wife had to pick it up instead, and we're never going back if we can avoid it. This place is run like a profit-driven business with no concern for patient well-being. Terrible experience.
I wouldn't even give this pharmacy 1 star doesnt deserve it. The Owner is very rude and doesn't know how to speak to customers. I don't know how he is getting away with terrible service. Mr Gor also not helpful or understanding. Really don't waste your time go somewhere that actually cares.
Ordered my routine prescription through pharmacy, promised a text message within a couple of days for pickup. Ten days later still no text, so I phoned and got through to the owner Mr. Gor. He immediately offered me a FREE flu jab (because he gets £20 from NHS for administering it) and when I refused politely, he got hostile and aggressive.
Long story short he insisted that a text message had been sent to one of my two phone numbers and even though I offered to show him both phones to prove that I never received it. He got rude, hung up twice and ended with, “it must be a glitch in the system but I don’t want to waste my time finding out”.
As you will see from the negative comments below, he runs this pharmacy as a corner shop and lacks the common sense to realize that patients need to be treated with dignity and respect, especially as doctors are now passing on a lot of the advisory services and jabs to the pharmacist (to reduce their work volumes). Obviously, the Pharmacists stand to make a lot of extra money now from their additional duties. Talked to staff and they said: "he is always rude.
I just dumped this pharmacy instantly and easily found another one with someone who is interested in doing business, not senile and they also deliver to my house for free. No need to put up with rude, disinterested service when you have so much choice now.
Absolutely awful pharmacy, no customer service and no duty of care for its patients highly recommend alternatives in the area. Worst experience ever.
Great opening hours. Lifesaver on weekends/evenings. Thanks
The staff really needs to learn customer interaction. I was looking for some medication. They had different one with the same content. But instead of offering it, they just said they don't have it. Thankfully, a senior member helped me out. They also charged me for extra (empty) bottle which other pharmacies I have been to don't.
Absolutely terrible service and Mr Gor the owner has no compassion or understanding.
I’ve also seen the way he speaks to his staff and they seem busy and he won’t even serve on the counter if he knows customers are not happy with level of service provided.
They never have adequate stock levels of repeat prescription and you could end up waiting up to two weeks.
They blame the GP surgery for not sending prescriptions on time but what each time this happens?
I gave them a chance to get there act together as I fully understand what it’s like running a customer facing service.
Get your act together regarding repeat prescriptions so you don’t let your customers down.
We go elsewhere now. No way I will spend money here or would allow the NHS to support them. They run the risk of people being without medicines when urgently needed .
