The man who works here is very rude! However I think hes just racist as was very polite to the white guy in there and awfully rude to my partner who is a person of colour, was really raining he didn't give a bag for our food that was wrapped in paper. Definitely will not be returning. Update! Food is awful
Its a wonderful place with very Nice food and very Nice Staff.
This is one of those places. That are both good and bad at the same time.
I ordered large cod, regular chips, saveloy and a diet coke. Cost just over £13. So pretty standard pricing I guess.
The cos was decent enough, batter slightly on the soggier side but it was tasty.
Chips weren't great. They was incredibly greasy, not sure what cooking practices are going on but the chips are disappointing. They was soo greasy that sauce wouldn't stick to them. I only at about a quarter.
Saveloy was awful. Really bad taste I've never had a saveloy like that before.
I'd probably give this one a miss in future because it didn't quite reach the mark. I went at 12pm. So lunch time.
I believe in supporting local businesses which is why I tended to buy from here although the food is okay it’s not the best in the area. I have found one particular staff member to be really rude on two separate occasions. The first time I thought I might be imagining it but today I realised that he is being rude to me. I have no idea how I have offended him However It is for this reason more than anything that I won’t be buying anything from here in the future
Excellent service, great prices and wonderful food
Forgot to include the most important part of our Fish n Chips, the fish. Which was over £7 so feel pretty ripped off. The food they actually did remember to give us was pretty average, bland donar kebabs and stale chips (was a quiet night so assuming the chips had been sat there a while). Overall probably just avoid and go elsewhere
Food is great always cooked well and always tasty.
Portion sizes large chips enormous and for the price well worth it.
Staff always friendly and helpful highly recommended
Way Too greasy
Buttered sausage was wayyyyy to greast
Please use some kitchen roll or something to get rid of oil before serving them to customers.
