Just had pattie and chips. I've had this from here before and loved it. Chips are delicious, the pattie nice and chunky. Today though the batter on the pattie has left a strange after taste. Thinking back the batter colour wasn't the best I've seen it. Didn't think much to it until this taste it's left in my mouth.
I ordered a extra large cod with small chips and separate bag of scraps, everything was delicious and very reasonably priced, 10 out of 10.
First Time I have been here .but will be returning. Food nice and chips are cook in vegetables oil and not fat . Good vegetarian option. please get some quorn sausages on the menu
Tea time, we got pattie and chips & fishcake and chips, cost total £9, chips warmed up from lunchtime, leather on outside cold in middle, pattie was poor, bland , mostly potatoe with slither of grey old fish? In the middle. Fishcake good size, nicely seasoned with chopped parsley big round ball of mash salt pepper n parsley. But not much fish to taste. Won't go again, better about, all chrome no quality.
I ate half of it turned it over to find a bit of mold on the bread bun I ordered a chip butty splash with curry
1 star rating is too generous for these! Absolutely disgusting every one of them! Got chips and garlic X2 it says £1.70 on the board in the shop, so how come i was charged £5 for 2? Do it every time we go in... must be 80p for garlic which is disgusting considering you can get a large tub for £1! Opened my chips up to find a 5p size worth of garlic on there. Chips cheese and garlic would of cost less. Rip anyone they can off, regular customers who will not be returning!

Me, I already knew how nice it was, the patties are amazing, the batter is always light n crispy, would get a 5 if they just used a different curry sause as the one they use is not nice (it's rank tbf)
Just had the fish+chips very nice and the curry sauce spot on delivered on time by a friendly driver strongly recommend you try this place
