Second time ordering - first time forgot munchie box.
Second order food took 1hr 40mins, when asked how long food would be during ordering they hung up, arrived cold, only thing that had any heat was the sauce, even the soup was cold
response after having a 10 min convo with customers while i asked to speak to person in charge, manager refused to respond, I am waiting on delivery driver to come with refund and collect food it's now 8.43pm been waiting for 20 mins, was told would recieve refund as long as the "foods all returned" well there's ur cold dry food packed and waiting!!
disgusting and pathetic response not even an apology, staff are rude. Had to order from enzos instead it was delivered within 10 mins of the order!!
Delivery driver eventually arrived with refund after 1hr 30mins being aggressive, defensive and seemed to think this was justified!! Good luck in life when that's your attitude hope she has a flourishing career in the food Delivery service ???? male delivery driver was polite and apologetic.
Had food from here before never a problem, ordered chicken curry with chips and fried rice and 3 cans of coke,the food was colder than the cans,never again totally disgusting ????.
Driver left food on the ground at front door.
When I opened the door, he was already in his car. He shouted 'you're welcome,' then drove away. Raging. As soon as the bell rang, I ran down the stairs, with a tip. Won't order again from here.

Tried for first time last week and the selection we ordered arrived in a timely fashion, was still exceptionally warm and the food, the food was just delicious.
Ordered 3 different meals and one starter, plus chips. We all quickly devoured the selection whilst discussing the comparison to other takeaways we've previously tried and agreed that Golden Leaf comes out on top.
We will be back as a regular customer.
I have been a loyal customer of the golden leaf for years.
My brother ordered today and in my food I found a long hair (3-4 Inches long) , which I only found after I pulled it out my mouth. Both me and my brother have short hair, so it wasn't ours.
I am never ordering from here again

Tried here tonight , this place is exceptional. Called at 18.00 hrs , placed order with a very pleasant girl on the phone , was told it Could possibly be an hour and a half (acceptable, for freshly cooked food ) . Food was delivered 45 mins later and was totally delicious. Delivery driver was also very pleasant too . Well done golden leaf I will definitely be ordering again
I just ordered noodles, with sliced beef n satay sauce, ive ordered loads before and it's lovely...but tonight wow!!! The noodles were brick hard like crunchy the way they are before u cook them, i phoned to complain, terrible service
