Ordered 2 meals at 6pm while traveling home to be cooked and ready for 7.30pm when I finished work ! Thinking this would be lovely fresh and hot !!! No stale cold chips that were rubber cold rice and cold double happy ! Vile must have been cooked at 6pm and left whole lot went in the bin
Great service. King prawns in Satay sauce was awesome! Definitely enough for two people. Chips might not be to everyone's taste but I liked them, nice and crunchy. Extremely good value!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Since it changed from Happy Valley to Golden Dragon I've used it quite a few times and never had a bad meal yet. From the person taking the order to the delivery drivers everyone does a great job and give excellent service. I would recommend giving them a try.
23.02.2019 Update
After 5 months we had our first poor meal. We ordered No. 191 Seasonal Chinese Vegetables with garlic sauce, which was in fact nothing more than cabbage in a garlic sauce costing £5.50, outrageous. Our other meal was No. 48 Double Happy, egg fried rice topped with crispy chicken fillet and duck, served with pot of curry costing £7.40. It was delivered with a tub of gravy and over cooked duck. Certainly not worth the price. It certainly didn't make us double happy. Soo disappointed.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This place I have been to for years, tonight bad attitudes in the service, and reheated food that has been lying around for a while served back with price hikes too. Such a shame was a lovely place with decent food now a mess avoid if you don’t want to waste your money.
Got a salt and pepper munchie box Not good at all avoid this place prawn toast tasted bland and greasy veg spring rolls terrible prawn crackers tastes like they been left to sit around and gone stale awfull food won't be using again
Really disappointed, we had an absolutely outstanding takeaway from here a few weeks ago, but tonight's was such a let down. The meat was very tough+the dishes were totally different from our last order despite ordering exactly the same. Will not be returning.
1st time - food was excellent - prompt delivery - great portions, will be eating it again tomorrow - would use again ????????
