Generally this place has been consistent over the last 20+ years.
Last order was uncharacteristically below par, though completely edible. The Singapore noodles were quite dry and a bit lack Last. And the wings were lacking in the flavour department.
However ordinarily the Noodles are yummy.
Normally I get the salt &pepper chilli prawns which are usually delicious!(as a pose to the wings).
And these prawn toasts were the biggest most succulent ever!!! MMM, MMM, MMM!!!
Food arrived cold I called the restaurant to ask when my food left the person who answered was rude shouted at me and sarcastically said what can I do all orders left and didn't answer my question I wasn't trying to get a refund and don't want one as we ate our food but the rudeness from the staff was not necessary the food was still nice reheated but wish they had respect for their customers. Food was over a hour late then the shown time driver was polite and apologised but from other reviews I can see its the restaurant not the drivers fault.
The food I ordered was so stale, the chicken was inedible. The rice was stale and hard no taste at all.
Uber have refused to rectify the issue.
Avoid this shambles of a business at all costs. Waited two hours for my food. Literally only ordered two items. Rung twice and was told 20 minutes - 30 minutes passed and still no food. Rung again & the women started arguing with me over the phone. How can it be acceptable to wait 2 hours for a delivery? Stop taking on hundreds of orders that you can't deliver out of greed for the money because you clearly don't have any happy customers with the outrageous wait time for the food to arrive. Will never order from here again. Zero customer service
Ordered through Uber but didn't know how to leave a review. Food arrived hot and earlier then planned. Food is pretty bland doesn't have much taste to it. Rice smelt a bit burnt when I lifted the lid.1st time ordering and not sure if I would order again as better tasting places around. Disappointing unfortunately.
Terrible customer service! No support and lack of English to liaise regarding orders! Spoke to a rude ignorant lady that explained my order was collected 5 minutes ago after ordering exactly 2hour 18 minutes ago!
She disputed my distress and said she blamed UBER as they have three drop offs!!! But I’m sorry, no Chinese takeaway takes 2 hours and 13 minutes to cook ! (You do the maths)
Wont be ordering from here AGAIN!!! You want customers then provide a seamless service! Simples!!!! ????
Food taste is average. Prices are little above the average comparing to other Chinese restaurants in the area.
Rude customer service! Food took far too long. Won't be ordering from here again. Can't yet comment on actual food as it's still not arrived after waiting over an hour and when we called the restaurant was met with sarcasm, bluntness and pure rudeness with still no anwser as to where our food was.
